Price Match Policy
Objective
Our price match policy is designed to ensure that customers can purchase products from us at competitive prices, thereby maintaining a positive relationship between our business and our customers.
Nature of Competitor:
The competitor’s product must be identical to ours “Customers must contact us in writing and provide the link to the lower-priced item for verification. Once verified, we will issue a refund for the price difference. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the verification process to be completed. Customers are limited to a maximum of three price match requests per month. Please note that the price match request must be made within 14 days of completing the purchase. Additionally, we will not price match items that come from Temu, Alibaba, Shein, or any marketplaces, i.e. eBay, Etsy, etc.”.
Product Specifications & Availability:
The product in question must be in stock and available for purchase from the competitor.
Proof of Competitor’s Price:
Customers must provide a link or other evidence of the lower price from the competitor.
Nature of Proof:
The proof must be clear and verifiable.
Product Verification:
We reserve the right to verify the lower price and the availability of the product with the competitor.
Additions to the Price Match Policy:
- Limit on Price Match Requests: Customers are limited to a maximum of three price match requests per month.
The customer(s) must inform us via email and provide us with the link, so we can verify the price match. Once verified we will issue them a refund of the differences, please allow 24 to 48 hours to complete the verification.
Disclaimer: “We will not price match for items that come from Temu, Alibaba, Shein, or any marketplaces, i.e. eBay, Etsy, etc.”
Honoring the Policy:
Upon successful verification, we will honor the lower price.

Customers should email the price match request, including the link to the lower price, to service@bigsistersisterhood.com. This policy is intended to provide our customers with the confidence that they are getting the best price from us. It is also designed to ensure that we can maintain our competitiveness in the market.
