OUR RETURN POLICY
Big Sisters/Sisterhood is very receptive to customers who want a return or refund. More than anything else, we want the ladies who come to our site to leave with a good feeling for whom they do business with!
Before returning or exchanging any item(s), you must notify us of your intentions via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery date. You may return your items to us within (14) days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within (14) days of the delivered date. All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached. Any returns or exchanges between (14-30) days from the delivered date, a store credit will be issued in the form of an E-gift card only. You have (30) days from the purchase delivery date to get your items returned to us; any returns beyond (30) days, will not be accepted.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us or email us to arrange a refund, store credit, or exchange within 2 days of delivery.

You have (30) days from the purchase delivery date to get your items returned to us; any returns beyond (30) days, will not be accepted.
We understand the time it takes for international shipping, we implore customers to please abide by the postmarking dates to ensure the best customer service experience possible and to avoid delays.
**ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION**
** Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a customer or change our policies at any time. In the event there is any suspicious activity, i.e., numerous returns on items, continuously buying large quantities and returning items in for a store-credit, or any criminal activity alert, fraud, etc.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES
If you purchased our store e-gift card or you received our e-gift card as a gift, any item purchased with it can only be redeemed for a store credit or a size exchange if the item is in stock, if the item is no longer in stock you will be given store credit for the purchase price of the returned item. Additionally, the shipping costs of returns and exchanges will be covered by the customer; this applies to gift card purchases only. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy for further guidance.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for CASH, Store Credit Only!
THE RETURNS/ EXCHANGE PROCESS
To return or exchange an item, start with emailing customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us whether it will be a return or an exchange. Upon receipt of the request, a return label will be sent to the email address that was used for the order by default unless otherwise notified by the customer. Place the item securely in its original packaging and return form provided, and mail your item using the return label that is emailed to you. Return shipping charges will be paid by us. Please make sure you keep your receipts for your record to keep track of your tracking and ensure we receive your items!
- Exchanges will be covered by us for 1 exchange per order ID number. Any shipping costs for additional exchanges under the same order ID will be the customer’s responsibility.
**Note: If the item being returned or exchanged is no longer in stock, the customer has the option of receiving a (refund or store credit) equaling the price paid for the item(s).
After receiving your return package and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Items will only be exchanged if we have the item in stock. Please allow at least (5-10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and “clearance” items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. *Note: FINAL SALE items are items found in the “sale” menu tab. This rule does not apply to site wide sales i.e. Black Friday and holiday sales.
- Face Masks cannot be returned, all Face Mask sales are Final.
- Any items damaged, worn with any obvious fragrance or visible residue on returned items will NOT be Exchanged or Returned.
- If you are exchanging an item it cannot be WASHED, WORN, or ALTERED in any way. Items must have original tags on them. If it is not in reasonable condition for restoration, we cannot accept it back and all SALES are Final!
- Please keep this in mind when purchasing our ITEMS.
